The fee structure will depend on the nature of your case and is determined after your initial consultation regarding your matter. Preference is given to a fixed fee structure which will allow you to know exactly what your costs are up front.
In other instances, an hourly rate will be charged based upon the exact time spent on your file, and in other cases, a contingency fee structure may be appropriate, meaning we will only collect our fees if you are successful in your case.
Regardless of the fee structure determined, we’ll make sure you are comfortable with the path forward.

Daniel is an Osgoode Hall Law School graduate and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
He was called to bar in Newfoundland and Labrador in 2014, and has a traditional practice whereby he may be in the Court room one day, and closing a real estate transaction the next.
Whatever his clients need, he is there to step in and assist.

Wanda grew up in Horwood, Central Newfoundland. After obtaining her (honours) diploma in Office Administration at Keyin College, she moved to St.John’s, NL. There she owned and operated her own business prior to beginning her career in the legal field in 2009. Wanda has experience in corporate and commercial law, wills and estates, with a strong focus on real estate.
